The aims of this project is to obtain cardiovascular disease patient feedback after attending a group medical visit, post-cardiac rehabilitation. Group medical visits have the potential to provide ongoing support for patients with cardiovascular disease. By exploring patient experiences we will further our understanding of this intervention in achieving long-term lifestyle modification goals.
